What Sleep Training & Independent Sleep Really Means:

Sleep training isn’t about leaving your child to cry or forcing them to “figure it out” on their own.
It’s about tuning in and teaching age-appropriate, healthy & parent present ways for your child to fall asleep and resettle while you both feel safe, supported, and connected.

 

Babies aren't born knowing how to sleep on their own, sometimes we have to help them learn- and that's okay! Independent sleep means your child can fall asleep with confidence, on their own, without having to hold, rock, or feed them to sleep giving you all the quality sleep you need.

Step 1: Let’s Connect

Book your free 15-minute consultation call so I can get to know you, your child, and your family’s unique needs. We’ll talk through what’s been challenging and decide together if my sleep support is the right fit for you.

Step 2: Choose Your Support

If we’re aligned, we’ll select the sleep support package that best fits your family. I’ll then send over everything you need to get started, including intake forms and next steps.

Step 3: Your Personalized Sleep Plan

Once your forms are completed, I’ll create a fully customized sleep plan tailored to your baby and your family. This plan clearly outlines what to do at bedtime, overnight, and during naps. We’ll schedule your first Zoom call to walk through the plan together so you feel confident and prepared for night one.

Step 4: Hands-On Support

Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive up to two full weeks of unlimited voice and text support. I’m right there with you to answer questions and guide you through every step of the way.

Step 5: Enjoy your Rest, Energy, and Celebrate your Success 

Within just a few days you’ll notice significant changes in the way your baby sleeps. Leaving the whole house feeling well rested and happier!
