What Sleep Training & Independent Sleep Really Means:
Sleep training isn’t about leaving your child to cry or forcing them to “figure it out” on their own.
It’s about tuning in and teaching age-appropriate, healthy & parent present ways for your child to fall asleep and resettle while you both feel safe, supported, and connected.
Babies aren't born knowing how to sleep on their own, sometimes we have to help them learn- and that's okay! Independent sleep means your child can fall asleep with confidence, on their own, without having to hold, rock, or feed them to sleep giving you all the quality sleep you need.
The Benefits of Independent Sleep for Your Family:
• Longer, more restful sleep for your child and yes, for you too (think 10+ hours of sleep without interruption)
• A well-rested kiddo who feels safe at bedtime and still loves to cuddle and snuggle on you all day
• Happier moods, fewer meltdowns, and easier days overall
• A growing brain getting the rest it needs to learn, remember, and thrive
• Parents waking up more energized, present, and ready to be the parents they’ve always wanted to be.
Some Things We'll Work on Together:
• Building simple, age-appropriate routines that actually fit your real life
• Helping your child learn how to settle and fall asleep in a way that feels safe and calm
• Teaching independent sleep without leaving them to cry-it-out
• Teaching you what to do when your baby wakes 2-3 times in the middle of the night
• Learning how to extend naps in the crib
• How to end the constant meltdowns at bedtime so that you can have more “me time” in the evenings.

What Well Rested Parents Say
"We worked with Emily with out 5 month old and it was truly life-changing. Before starting, our baby was struggling with frequent wake ups and taking a long time to fall asleep at night. Emily took the time to understand our baby's personality, our parenting style, and our goals, and created a gentle, realistic plan that actuall worked for us.
Within just a few days, we started seeing huge improvements- more crib naps, smoother bedtime routines, and a much happier, well rested baby. What stood out the most was her incredible support throughout the process. We always felt guided and encouraged, never pressured.
If your on the fence about working with a sleep consultant, dont hesitate. Emily is amazing and truly cares about helping famies rest better. We're so grateful for everything she did for us!"

"It was wonderful working with Emily! She recommended her two week virtual sleep plan that includes a customized comprehensive written plan. My 6 month old went from having to be exclusively held or fed to sleep to falling asleep all by herself! We can now put her down awake for naps and bedtime on her own in her crib. I highly recommend Emily, she was very encouraging and responsive during our two weeks together."
" I came in contact with you through Facebook and reached out looking for support with my newborn. The one on one communication throughout the entire month was super helpful, and guided me through times I didn't know what to do! As a first time mom, it really helped me understand babies sleep patterns. Now he is consistently taking naps in his crib, has fallen asleep on his own, and we have a much better sleep routine!"

"When I reached out for help, Owen was not sleeping through the night. He was waking at least once, needing to be rocked to sleep and back to sleep when he'd wake. He also relied on milk to fall asleep. There were times that I would purposely be in the car during naptime so he would fall asleep in the car. I was skeptical and nervous because I wasn't sure how he would do with the transition and trying something new. After the first night he pretty much figured it out and has been sleeping through the night ever since! Even going on vacation, he was able to nap, and sleep on his own, and slept through the night! Naps and bedtime are no longer something I dread thanks to you!!"
